How-to: Adding Board Participants

Inviting participants to your Dojoit board is easy, and takes just two steps:

Right after you've invited a participant they'll get an email to join.

Participant Roles

By default, a new participant has full rights to write and draw. To change their permission click the three vertical dots next to each person:

• Selecting "Make Viewer" gives them read-only access with no rights to write and draw.
• Selecting "Mute Pointer" hides their mouse pointer – great when there are many participants.
